Delivery & Payment Terms

GENERAL

All prices quoted by us are valid until the publication of the next price list. The prices are exclusive of VAT and freight costs. In the event of invoicing, the statutory VAT will be added to these prices.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You have the option of payment by PayPal, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), direct debit or by invoice. Payments will be credited to the oldest outstanding invoice.

Invoice
The payment period is 30 days. In the case of payment within 14 days, we grant a discount of 2%.

PayPal
The PayPal account will be charged upon completion of the order (without discount).

Credit Card
The credit card account will be charged upon completion of the order (without discount).

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

There is no minimum order quantity at DrEberhardt.

DELIVERY TIMES

We process your order immediately, but at the latest on the next working day after receipt. Delivery takes place within 1–4 working days (subject to availability of goods).

SHIPPING COSTS

AUSTRIA

Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed prices for AUSTRIA apply free domicile including packaging from an order value of €150 (excl. VAT). For orders that do not reach a volume of €150 (excl. VAT), an amount of €6.90 (plus VAT) will be charged for postage and packaging. All ancillary services of DrE. GmbH that have not been expressly agreed as included in the purchase price shall be borne additionally by the buyer.

GERMANY

Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed prices for GERMANY apply: free of postage from an order value of €200 (excl. VAT), for €100 to €199 (excl. VAT) €8.90 (plus VAT) will be charged, and for under €100 (excl. VAT) €10.90. Services not expressly agreed as included in the purchase price shall be borne additionally by the buyer.

SWITZERLAND

All prices are in EURO exclusive of VAT. VAT/import VAT will be collected by Swiss customs from the customer. Errors and short-term price changes are reserved. Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed prices for SWITZERLAND apply: for orders up to €150 an additional charge for small quantities of €25 will be charged, from €151 to €400 an additional charge of €15 will be charged, from €401 the small quantity surcharge does not apply. All ancillary services of DrE. GmbH that have not been expressly agreed as included in the purchase price shall be borne additionally by the buyer. In the case of a SEPA transfer to our account using BIC and IBAN, reduced transfer fees apply. Any additional bank charges shall be borne by the customer.

DELAYS, SUBSEQUENT DELIVERIES, RESERVATION

If your delivery is delayed, we will inform you by email. If we can only carry out a partial delivery due to lack of stock, we will send you the remaining goods free of shipping costs as soon as they are available. We reserve the right to deliver goods of equivalent quality and performance (e.g. different country of origin of essential oils). We also reserve the right not to perform the promised services in the event of non-availability.
