Amyris

Amyris has a warm, sweet, woody and slightly tangy note, which reflects life in the Caribbean. The oil’s fragrance reflects the heat of the region and the roughness of hurricanes, which the small, not domesticated Amyris tree must survive. You might have heard the term “West Indian Sandalwood” used as a synonym for Amyris. This is, however, not correct, since Amyris has a tangier and more bitter fragrance than Sandalwood. Our vegan Amyris oil is distilled from dried, chipped wood. Originally, Amyris oil was used to scent soaps. Black Cumin Oil org.
