Our

10 most loved Essential Oils for beginners

I appreciate the variety, but I want to start with a small set. Fragrances are a very personal matter. Here we present our favourites for getting started with aromatherapy.

OUR NUMBER 1

Lavender

We admit it - we have a favourite. We won't go on without lavender oil. It is one of the most versatile oils. It works gently on the skin and soothes the mind and body. For insect bites, minor burns, ingrown toenails or itchy skin, it brings quick relief. The oil helps to find sleep and is therefore not an oil for the morning. Only from lavender, which grows at altitudes of over 1,000 metres in French Provence, is this exceptionally effective Lavender Barrême oil extracted.
