I like to know who's behind the products that enrich my life and change it for the better. DrEberhardt isn't an artificial brand name; it's father and daughter, Robert and Ulrike Eberhardt. DrEberhardt represents more than three decades of combined knowledge and experience.
These two uniquely combine Traditional Chinese Medicine with contemporary Western knowledge of aromatherapy and state-of-the-art cosmetic processing techniques. DrEberhardt stands for innovative tradition and the courage to leave well-trodden paths.
Ulrike Eberhardt
Passionate creator
As the daughter of Robert and Karin Eberhardt, Ulrike grew up surrounded by aromatherapy. She studied business administration and business education at the University of Graz. Later, she trained as a psychological coach and beautician. Today, this mother of three shapes the company: her strong customer focus, online shop, and new product lines all bear her signature. This stems from her desire to provide the best possible care for every individual.

Robert Eberhardt
Pioneer and inventor
Robert Eberhardt dedicated himself to the natural sciences from an early age. Subjects like Latin and chemistry at school, botany, mineralogy, and laboratory work at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, have always fascinated him. The sustainable use of resources was also important to him from an early age: his dissertation on drinking water and his advocacy for the expansion of renewable energies in Burgenland demonstrate this. With his training as a massage therapist and his early involvement in the production of essential oils and natural cosmetics, he continues his nature-oriented and sustainable path to this day. Robert has four children and seven grandchildren and is proud that his company remains within the family.

What would our business be without our female employees, who embody our values every day? Our team—yes, we have a 100% female workforce—lives within a 20 km radius, and many are mothers themselves, with a combined total of 18 children. The desire to provide you with the best possible care is in their blood. They are always ready to listen if you have any questions.

Alexandra joined our team in spring 2026. She is trilingual – German, English, and Hungarian – and her diverse responsibilities ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her organizational skills make her a valuable asset to our team.

For an incredible 20 years!!! Cornelia has been part of DrEberhardt – you could almost say she's part of the furniture! With a wealth of experience and meticulous care, she ensures that everything in the warehouse has its place and that our products are reliably bottled and labeled.

Since spring 2026, Ella has been a valuable member of our team, providing invaluable support in project management, customer service, sales, and order processing. She's also studying civil engineering, and we're especially pleased that she'll continue to work with us for a few hours each week during her studies. Thank goodness!
