Anise helps ease tensions and indigestion. It soothes the feeling of fullness you may experience after your meals. Even the ancient Romans knew of Anise’s effectiveness opposite flatulence and gall bladder conditions. They also used Anise seeds to help ease cough. Anise oil has relieving and loosening properties. It helps you gather strength and puts a spring in your step if you feel physically and mentally exhausted.
The essential oil is steam distilled from the seeds of the Anise plant, which may grow up to 70cm tall.
