Dry Skin

Problem dry skin affects millions of people and often causes physical discomfort and psychological distress. Dry skin also becomes increasingly common with age.

Furthermore, conditions leading to dry skin are constantly on the increase in the modern living environment. Central heating, air conditioning, traveling by plane, exposure to detergents and chemicals, and harsh weather conditions all play a detrimental role, causing the skin to become dehydrated.

Dry skin lacks oil rather than water. It can often feel tight and uncomfortable, almost as if it's been stretched. Severe dry skin can flake and even peel or crack. The key here is to replenish the lost oil and to keep the surface smooth and supple.
